Christine Young ~ OBX Harmony
Christine Young is a violinist / singer / songwriter based on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Classically trained, Christine attended the prestigious Peabody Conservatory before earning a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Maryland.
An eclectic performer, she has provided fiddle and vocals in a variety of live and studio settings.
Though rooted in classical technique, Christine is equally at home with blues, folk, jazz, celtic, bluegrass, and rock styles.
Christine is available for weddings, special events, and studio sessions in the Outer Banks and Tidewater Virginia area.
She is also currently recording her debut album and plays locally in an acoustic rock duo with renowned guitarist Scott Franson.
In addition to her musical pursuits Christine is an ordained unitarian minister and provides officiant services for Outer Banks area weddings.
